CROWN EXCHANGE TERMS AND CONDITIONS
1. Participation is strictly voluntary.
2. Crown Exchange is offered by Crown Resorts, Ltd.
3. A subscription fee may be required for enrollment and/or privileges.
4. Representations are limited to Crown Exchange and procedures as published from time to time.
5. Member’s dues and assessment s must be paid and current with their respective association for the week(s) being deposited.
6. Members must obey rules of the host resort even if significantly differently than their home resort.
7. Crown is not responsible for loss of a week’s exchange for any reason, including but not limited to floods, fire, hurricane, tornadoes, blizzards, other acts of God, or Crown’s inability to confirm an exchange.
8. Vacation deposits and request must be in accordance with Crown policy and procedure and submitted in accordance with same.
9. The current exchange fee is $79.00.
10. Crown Resorts may change policy, procedure, and fees related to the Crown Exchange.

CROWN EXCHANGE DEPOSITS
1. Vacation deposits must be made on a Crown Vacation Deposit Form.
2. All fees owed to the owner’s or member’s association must be current and paid prior to the owner or member receiving a confirmed vacation exchange.
3. Deposits will be accepted by telephone but must be followed with a written deposit form by the U.S. Postal Service, email or by fax. Request for travel may be made at this time.
4. Crown Exchange may use the deposited vacation time prior to the owner receiving a confirmed vacation exchange.
5. Deposits must be dated (postmarked) no less than 30 days in advance of the vacation week owned.
6. If a vacation exchange confirmation has not been received within one year from start date of the week deposited, the exchange privilege expires on the deposited week. You must request and travel within one year of the start date of the week deposited.
7. Crown reserves the right to accept or reject weeks from other resorts not affiliated with Crown.

CROWN VACATION EXCHANGES
1. Vacation exchange requests must be made on a Crown Vacation Exchange Request Form and in accordance with Crown Exchange policy and procedure.
2. Vacation exchange requests are accepted and processed if a like deposit has been made.
3. Vacation exchange requests should be made in advance of the beginning of the week being deposited. The date of the start of the week deposited is the start date utilized for determining the one year during which Crown will attempt to confirm an exchange. Crown will not be obligated to provide an exchange confirmation once this date has expired.
4. Confirmation may be issued up to 24 hours prior to the beginning of a requested vacation week for any request on the vacation exchange request form. Other resorts may be offered that are not on the vacation exchange request form.
5. No guarantee is made by Crown Exchange that a vacation week can be exchanged, due to the fact that exchanges are made on a space available basis. Every effort will be made to confirm an exchange.
6. Crown Exchange will not guarantee or accept an exchange request to a specific resort association if multiple associations or accommodations are located at one resort or guarantee or accept an exchange request to a specific unit. Units vary in style and size.
7. Vacation weeks listed on the Vacation Exchange Request Form will be confirmed if available.
8. Crown Exchange accepts no responsibility for the actions of exchange members or their guests. Exchange guests are responsible for deposits, recreations fees, taxes, or other charges that may be applicable to staying at a particular resort.
9. No pets are allowed at any of the resorts affiliated with the Crown Exchange.
10. Verbal or written approval must be given to Crown Exchange and approved by Crown Exchange for exceptions to stated Crown Exchange policy and procedure.
11. The resort reserves the right to reassign a confirmed unit to another unit of the same occupancy.
12. Crown Exchange may confirm an exchange into another unit of lesser or greater occupancy if acceptable to the member making a request.
13. Exchange confirmations are not transferable.
14. The current Vacation Exchange Fee for resort to resort exchange is $79.00.
15. Color or seasonal designation must be followed when requesting an exchange. Request for time of the same color or seasonal designation will be made unless otherwise allowed by Crown Exchange. Trading down is allowed. For example, Red to White or Blue and White to Blue.
16. The processing and method of determining the exchange system and the fees associated with the exchange system is the responsibility of Crown Exchange and may be changed from time to time.
