OTHER IMPORTANT INFORMATION
Supply and demand impacts the vacation exchange process.  Planning early and being flexible may be to your advantage when attempting to request an exchange.  The greater your flexibility, the greater your chance of success.

Color or seasonal designations will determine your trading range.

Listing multiple locations and dates will increase the odds of confirmation.  Any location listed may produce a confirmation when listing multiple locations.  Order of preference has no impact on confirmation.  Other locations not listed may be offered in attempt to achieve a vacation confirmation.

Check in days vary (most common are Friday, Saturday, Sunday) and are determined by the Resort.  You may be required to accept a check in day that would not match the check in day of the week you deposited or desire.

If Crown Exchange is notified at least 14 days prior to your confirmed exchange check in date, you may cancel your exchange.  At this point you may request another exchange before your deposited week expires.  An additional exchange fee will be due upon confirmation.

Confirmation may be issued 24 hours in advance of the beginning of a requested vacation week.  Any week requested on the exchange request form may be confirmed if available.

The current exchange fee is $79.00 for resort-to-resort exchanges.

Crown Exchange will make every effort to confirm an exchange request; however, it cannot guarantee that an exchange will be made.
