We are familiar with the resort itself, as well as, the resorts' specific document requirements. We can answer many of the questions your buyer may have. 	We prepare the documents to: • Transfer your timeshare to your living trust • Add or remove a co-owner/child/spouse • Transfer to relative/friend or other (If an owner listed on the deed is deceased, please call for specific instructions)
	We take care of everything by mail (no driving across town to sign papers): •We prepare the deed and mail it to the existing owner(s) for signature(s). •We then forward it to the new owner(s) for signatures. •Next, the deed is sent to the courthouse for recording. •After the deed is recorded, a copy is sent to old owner and the original deed is sent to new owner. •We change our timeshare owner records and notify the resort of the changes.
	We offer fast and reliable services: •Deed documents are usually mailed within 24 hours of receiving the request from the owner (see request form). •After receiving documents with all appropriate signatures, deeds are immediately mailed to the courthouse for processing •Recording time varies by courthouse, usually 2-4 weeks.
	We know our resorts and are familiar with the necessary paperwork: •This means no expensive estoppels or deed search fees. •We usually have a copy of your deed in house. •We can answer any questions you or your buyer may have about the resorts/annual fees, etc.
