Owner Vacation Options Available

All owners were mailed a letter on September 7, 2005 regarding guidelines and options for future use of their week while the resort is closed. The options include contacting RCI if you had a week banked prior to the hurricane or if you had planned to bank a week. You may contact RCI @ 800-338-7777. Non RCI members are asked to contact the Crown Exchange at 228-522-0055 or 877-262-7696 Monday through Friday 8:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m. CST or use the Crown Exchange option on the Crown Resorts website at www.crownresortsltd.com.

Katrina Update

Hickory Hill Resort recieved a serious blow from Hurricane Katrina which made landfall Monday August 29, 2005. The resort is officially closed until further notice. Additional information will be made available as soon as possible. We appreciate your prayers and patience in the days, weeks and months to come.
