Timeshare owners may wish to take advantage of our Crown Vacation Exchange program to make the most of their vacation experience. Crown Vacation Exchange gives timeshare owners the ability to exchange their timeshare vacation for a week at an alternate location and/or date.
The process is very simple.
- Deposit your timeshare week
- Request an alternate location and/or date
- Confirm your choice of destination (confirmations are based on availability)
You can reserve your vacation deposit for up to one (1) full year if you choose to vacation at a later date.
Crown Vacation Exchange will make every effort to confirm an exchange request. The supply of inventory being deposited and the demand of each location/week will impact the vacation exchange process. Planning early and being flexible will be to your advantage when requesting an exchange. The greater your flexibility, the greater your chance of success.
Seasonal or color designation may be taken into consideration when determining your trading availability. Listing multiple locations and dates will increase the odds of confirmation. Check-in days vary (most common are Friday, Saturday, and Sunday) and are determined by each individual resort.

Unit size varies by resort; however, we will always attempt to confirm your occupancy into the same size unit as your current ownership. Please keep in mind that while we always attempt to match you into a unit comparable to or greater than what you own, that may not always be possible. If a week becomes available at a location you requested, we will offer that week to you based on the unit that is available. Based on your vacation needs, you can choose wheter to accept or deny the request.
